T-Shirt Ruler Alignment Tool

This Ruler allows for the perfect placement of multiple items of artwork on your t-shirt in one simple action. Simply attach one or many items of artwork to the back of the perfect placement grid, and mark their location for repeatable positioning.

When all artwork is in the correct location, position the whole grid over the t-shirt selecting the correct neck line for adult, child, infant or back of shirt. Press down to fix the artwork to the t-shirt, and use the finger holes to release any residual adhesion from the double sided tape. While the first shirt is in in the heat press, speed up your work flow by using this time to position the next set of graphics in the pre-marked locations re-using the double sided tape.

The one inch perfect placement grid is available in three sizes, with the full grid for large heat presses and full t-shirt placement, and the chest only for small heat presses and top half t-shirt placement.The smallest is the pattern design limited to the position of the chest

Apply Double Sided Tape:Apply double sided tape to the underside of the Guide in any locations needed for Artwork.

Position Artwork:Position the artwork on the double sided tape in the locations needed.

Mark Artwork:Mark up the artwork position if this is needed to make a batch of shirt with exactly the same artwork locations.

Position the Shirt and Guide:Load the tshirt on the heat press and then position the Guide on the tshirt using the correct neck line to ensure .

Releases Artwork:Release the artwork onto the tshirt, use the finger holes provided if the double-sided tape is stronger than the graphic application film.

Heat Press Artwork:All artwork is now in the perfect repeatable location ready for heat pressing, so get ahead and heat press as usual.WARNING - Remember to remove the grid as it is not heatproof and will melt.

Re-load Grid:While the shirt is in the heat press, you can reload the next load of artwork in the precisely marked position ready for the next shirt.
